The TL9400 8 Zones Floor Heating Centralized Control Wiring Box is designed for efficient management of multi-zone hydronic floor heating systems. It provides centralized control of thermal actuators, boiler, and external pump,ensuring coordinated operation and stable system performance.
When a heating thermostat is switched on, the thermal actuator is activated first.After a 120-second delay, the boiler and external pump (or water mixer) start operating,helping to protect system components and improve overall efficiency.
When the heating thermostat is switched off, the boiler, external pump, and thermal actuator stop working simultaneously, ensuring safe and synchronized system shutdown.
This operating logic makes TL9400 suitable for residential and commercial floor heating projects.
