2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are based on official quotations and may vary according to specifications or customization.
- OEM / ODM projects require a deposit before production begins.
- Full payment must be completed prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time depends on production schedules and logistics arrangements.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the goods leave Telin’s factory.
- Customs clearance, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Warranty Terms
- Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects.
- Damage caused by incorrect wiring, installation, or external factors is not covered.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, technical documents, product structures, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Telin. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
