You submit product requirements, specifications, intended use, projected volume and relevant standards. Telin’s sales & engineering team respond quickly with feasibility analysis and suggestions. - 2 Concept Design & Industrial Design
Our designers prepare appearance design, mechanical / housing structure, PCB layout, firmware & function spec for you to review. - 3 Prototype & Sample Development
Build working samples. We perform functional testing, performance evaluation, durability and safety verification before approval. - 4 Pilot Production & Pre-Production Run
Small-batch production run for mold check, assembly line testing, quality stability verification and packaging tests. - 5 Mass Production & Full Quality Control
Once pilot run approved, full production begins. All units pass through IQC, SMT / PCBA, assembly, function testing, aging test, final inspection. - 6 Certification & Compliance Support
Support obtaining CE, RoHS, EMC, LVD, or other region-specific certification as per client requirement. - 7 Packaging, Logistics & Delivery
Arrange packing per client request, handle export documentation, logistics, shipping and after-sales support as needed.
